Hello Backers!!!
It's FRIDAYYYYY!!!! We hope everyone has been enjoying the Fall weather. We’ve been running on all cylinders here at MAGKEY and are so excited to announce that the first round of shipments have just gone out!
SHIPMENTS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE
Production has finished and the MAGKEYs ended up looking GREAT! It took awhile to clear customs due to the magnetic nature of our product but all is good and well. We started shipping out our first round of wallets and are almost 3 months ahead of schedule. Whoo-hoo!
The MAGKEYs are being shipped as flats and will arrive in your mailbox like your regular letters. Once you get the email confirming shipment, it will take about 7 days to arrive domestically and 12-15 days internationally.
FULFILLMENT
Please be patient with us as we are working around the clock to make sure it's all going smoothly. We ship our products in house and not outsourced to a fulfillment company so that we can control the quality as best we can. It also enables us to give a personal touch to each backer's reward. But our label printer sometimes jams from printing so many labels.
BONUS FOR EVERYONE!
When you receive your MAGKEYs you will notice that there are 8 magnets total per set. However if you correctly set up 4 keys with magnets on both sides of every key except for the two outside keys, you'll notice you have a few left over. We intentionally left them there so that you have extra magnets just in case any of them crack or get damaged. We love you guys and gals and wanted to make EXTRA sure that you all have the best experience possible.

Backerkit Update - 92% Final Stretch
Almost there guys and gals! If you haven't yet filled out your survey please do so, as soon as possible. We are extending our lock down one week to October 6th.

Production Update
We initiated quality control and so far things are looking good. We've had very few defective units and have even began packing. Check out some images here!

We hope everyone had a chance over the weekend to look over their BackerKit surveys - we're currently at 90% filled out - that's an A! Whoo-hoo! If you haven't yet filled out your survey please do so, as soon as possible. We are locking down on Sept. 28th.

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their week! We would just like to take some time to update you on the status behind the scenes.
Backerkit Update
We just sent out the BackerKit surveys - please fill them out as soon as possible so that we can line up and prepare your shipments. :) If you are unable to find your survey, shoot us a private message, and we will gladly help you find it!
Changes to Orders
After the last update, we have been getting many requests for changing orders. We are happy to say this is 100% possible and super easy. You could actually do it yourself. Simply check out the same link that you used to initially access the Backerkit, and change your pledge survey. There, you can also add more MAGKEY sets and other quality products for friends and family! If you cannot find your link again or you deleted the email, please shoot us a private message, and we will help you get a new one.
Production and Next Course of Action
Production is going smoothly and we are looking to finish ahead of schedule. We are going to schedule quality check soon to make sure that everything is up to par.
Shipping Date
As of now, we are well ahead of our schedule and should ship out soon enough - we'll keep you posted as things move along.
